Im 18 i just graduated from high school...my boyfriend lives far away and my friends arent really my friends...im just sad

It could be a number of things. Sometimes I feel sad too for no apparent reason. Sometimes when I hear a song or think of a person or thing I cry or feel sad. I think it's just a phase we all go through, it usually doesnt last long. Try reading one of those chicken soup for the soul books before bed or something to make you laugh. I am sure things will improve for the better. Best wishes and sweet dreams.

You should take a vacation, go out, get some fresh air. Most probably your daily routine is what is causing this.
