Love the skirt and the top! I think a red would really set this off, either a scarlet, for the WOW! factor, or a deeper blood red for chic. For understated you could have a patent black. Happy Birthday :-) .

You could wear a bunch of colors but not white shoes you could do balck, trocys ,or gold shoes

if u wear one of those things with the gold in it, i'd say u should wear some gold flat sandals like these:

High heels, definitely, although I'd go for the open-toed kind, not the closed-in pump kind. :D It will add length to your outfit and make you look even taller. :p
