If you have a glass company anywhere near you, drive in and see if they can buff it. If not, you may have to replace it.

Moules glass sells a polish for windshields to remove water spots. You can buy it at some parts houses

they are right, and just to add a note here, people often use newspaper and it works great--- that is because the ink on the newspaper acts as a polish for glass. -- Also you said its a brand new car, I would take it back to the dealer and make them clean it. it should have been done by their detailing department to start with and tell them your not going to pay for it.

You may try cider vinegar, this is the best thing to clean any kind of window,Also some people use a newspaper to do this (makes your hands black but it really works !

set up an appointment at the dealer where you bought the car. they either have to clean it correctly, or replace the glass.

clean your windows with half vinegar and half water, use news paper to wipe it instead of papertowels. grandma always does it and it always works.
