It is a discharge that cleans out the vagina, completely normal (it's not from your urethra). Some girls get discharge a year before their period, so don't rush it.

The urethra expells urine only. That clear liquid that may turn a milky color is discharge from the vagina and is a normal part of being a woman. You can have more of it when you are about to get a period, or when you are grown-up, and you are very attracted to someone sexually. Talk to your mom or another grown female.

The discharge comes out of your vagina and is a normal part of puberty. It does not mean your period will be starting soon. It is simply another part of puberty. Look up a diagram of the female anatomy and print it out. Take a hand mirror and look at your own body parts and learn to identify them correctly.

The urethra is connected to the bladder and where urine is expelled from. It is not part of the female reproductive system.
