Apart from a boob job?.....I'd say to hell with it don't ever worry about what other people think, i know i sound like your mum but it's true you have to learn to be happy with your own choices and your own motivations at the end of the day or the end of your life its YOUR life and yours alone and nobody elses. Girls have a terrible sense of self esteem at the best of times , how about a hobby one that has good results and gives great self confidence drama classes or amatuer theatre are two great ones it involves interacting with others a certain amount of discipline working hard to achieve a very rewarding end result.....and it's fun, agreat way to meet people ......and guys........no trust me there are some straight ones.

Help them to understand that everyone has their own beauty. Dont just tell them, let them see for themselves. When I have a super bad day and my confidence is low, I look at each one of my friends and think about why I find them so beautiful. Looking for the beauty in others always help me to boost my self confidence because I know that others can see beauty in me as well : D Hope I helped!

Women have plenty of self esteem, or at least they know where to look to find it when they lose it... A equally down trodden man is less welcome anywhere in the world, except way out in the woods. But I agree, TV and fashion magazines teach that 'enough', is never enough, and in real life and nature, that is a lie....

Well for one a very good role model is needed for the girls too look up too and i am not talking about the anorexia looking models which are not a positive role model for young girls.
