The goals of the company are:

Best in class engagement of people

Best in class managers that foster trust, pride, performace and diversity

What is the exact meaning of 'class engagement' and class managers? It would be great if you could explain the sentences.

You are misreading this. The idea is that in each category the company is trying to be "best in class", in other words, they want to be the best within their category. They are then looking at engagement of people and managers that foster pride, performance, and diversity.

"Best in class engagement of people

Best in class managers that foster trust, pride, performace and diversity"

Sounds like the writer won some County Fair ribbons when he or she was in 4H. Hence, the structure of those phrases:

Best in class: Engagement of people--getting employees and customers feedback on products and services.

Best in class: Managers that foster trust, pride, performance and diversity" The rest of that is self-explanatory.

Both are kind of odd phrases, but I think they mean best in class- engagement of people. Who is the best in engaging and talking to people (outgoing)?

best in class- managers that foster trust, pride, performance and diversity. Who is the best person that Manages (teaches or is a leader) in those 4 things in his/her work.

That is how I interpret those 2 sentences.

Good luck!
