Been there...but things change, moods change. If I had thrown in the towel back when I felt like this, there would have been so many great things that I would have missed out on. Now matter how dark it looks, It always gets better.

Each night when you go to bed think of one thing that there is for you to get up for.

The next night do it again, but you can't use the same reason.

It won't hurt to tell you self to relax & get a good nights rest & to wake up in the morning with the energy to meet what the day holds for you.

At the end of the day give you self credit for making it through
the day.

If it was a good day just say it wasn't so bad. If it was a bad day & you made it through just say I was strong enough to handle what I had to & tomorrow I feel that I will do better.

It's about being in control of your self & when you are in control of your self you will be better able tho control things around you.

Then you may see that life is a challenge but you have in you the strength to meet the challenges that you face.

Take a personal "time out."

Maybe there isn't time in your life for a real vacation, but find a book to read. Find a better person to love. Find a child to spend time with.

I've lived 66 years and I have many times been exactly where you are. But it's too much fun to be alive and I could never throw in the towel. You shouldn't either.

Step back, learn to laugh more. And press on. You are worth too much to let little things stop you.

I wonder how old you are. I actually tried suicide many years ago. If I had succeeded I would have missed the birth of all four of my grandchildren, the millennium, I had a ball in Key West, and everything else that will go on in your normal life time. You need to think about this. Do you want to miss the greatest years in your life? It is all up to you.

definitely don't give up. Everyone has moments where they ask, "is it really worth it?" No matter what has happened, there is always fresh beginnings. Just remember every good moment you had and how you wouldn't want to throw it away. Call a friend, family member, or even a helpline, and you can get through this!

NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!! I've felt like this before, I didn't want to keep going, I thought about suicide, didn't consider actually committing suicide though. Turn to god in prayer. I know there are a lot of people who don't believe in god but god can help you through this, he is real and he can do good in your life.

I will pray for you and I hope that you make the right decision.

i dont know who you are butyou should not talk like that and neither shuold you believe it.The devil s a liar, i will suggest you talk with your priest. you see life is one big road with lots of signs and when you travel down these roads, you should not complicate your mind.I will suggest hat you do a voluntier job in any of your choice and you will see the great joy it will bring you. The devil is trying to play with your mind rebuke him and pray psalm 91 for 7 days and go to your church or any church and ask God to come into your life and you will see his loving kindness, grace, and unconditional love.try God and you will have many more reasons to be alive.God bless you-amen.
