I mean how many total, not how many types.

Presuming the factuality of the subatomic theory, what would be a good estimate?

these articles really makes me doubt any information found about the amount could be correct

no info found on my part. difficult question for me. hope I could help broaden your ideas of creation though.

info I'm finding shows drastic changes over 1/100 of a second to 1/10 of a sec and all the up to 35 minutes.

I guess the claim is 2
or maybe 7
1. Photons
2. Protons
3. neutrons
4. Electrons
5. Positrons
6. Neutrinos
7. Antineutrinos
8. that 1 new one in the link
9. the other one
so, in my humble naive and ignorant opinion I'd assume anywhere between 2 - 14 adding our 2 other new found friends I'd say 2 - 18

but then again, I still believe the dimensional crash. sending tons of particles mixing together for the first time in our space and causing basically a nuclear fusion reaction.
maybe even creating a black whole almost instantly and forcing condensed matter out its relativistic jets

but now I'm just rambling
