In my country, whoever gets to be number 28 in something, no matter what will be pissed and the center of laughs of all people because #28 means crazy/mental illness but in a sily way. So while you're in the DR you better get away from that number, lol. It is serious. And there is a mental hospital named The 28.
Number 7 would be the lucky number. ^_^
