yes...let's see...take risk, socialize, discuss problems, reveal my hidden skeletons, don't be hard on myself, spend more time on myself (ie eating healthy/exercising/pampering), find a therapist and attend regularly, etc.
will i actually go through this? some of them i need improvements. others will be addressed with time. some may never be addressed. honestly, i hope i can get to a point where i feel comfortable enough to carry through with each of these.
