does the MOTORAZR V3xx for cingular has a radio plz help me

No it dosen't, but it has a Radio stations from the company.

I'd call and ask. On my Motorola KRAZR with Cingular, there was an additional service that is offered that allows you to listen to radio. Never tried it though.

unaware of a cell phone with a radio attachment.
many have ipod.
call cingular customer service and they can tell you for sure.
