Normally, I am against animal cruelty, but this horse should have been shot years ago...
God... now I'm insulting horses...

I don't know if horses are still being shot. I hope not. If we can spend a million to extract golf balls from the belly of a gator, I would hope we don't still shoot our horses.
Our system is working exactly as it is supposed to. Stop trying to fix it, just because you can't get around it.
