Do the SMS online texts....?!?!?

How long does it take for the recipient of an SMS text message from online to get it? or do they even work?!?!?!

Well i tried to send it from yahoo messenger, it didn't work. so i googled "free texts online" and i came up with a few sights that said that they're free and they work... so i was just wondering if that would actually truly work if i decided to use it from now on...

Are you talking about texting someone to their phone from your messenger?
Yes, they get the message within a few seconds after you send it....providing that their phone can get txt messages.
