30B
Add four inches (even number measurement) and you get 30, for your band size.
Then subtract the bust from the frame, 2". A 2" difference is a B cup.
Therefore you are a 30B.
Now go out and try some bras on in that size.
FYI bra sizes are not standard, so you could be a 30B in one brand bra and a 30C in another brand bra. So play around with the different brands and sizes.

your size is then a 26. you could be 26 A or 26AA or just a training bra in 26, depening on if you have boobs yet or not. The sixe 26 related to the measurement aorund your chest, the size A, AA, B, C related to the size of the breast itself and can only be deterimed by trying the bra on, but if your boobs are two inches as you sugest in the above reading you are likely a 26A

Bra sizes are determined by the distance around your chest and the actual size of the breast (cup size) you'd be a 28 "a" "b" "c" 'or "d"
