I'm a 23 year old female, I started as a 34A..or smaller..and I stumbled upon bravabreasts.com, I emailed the girl and actually got her to lower her original asking price, so that was great! I wore the system for 6 months, almost everyday for maybe 30-45 minutes each time. I ended up gaining an entire cup size, which for me, was seriously an answer to my prayers! I've ALWAYS wanted a bigger chest, and I finally got it. I'm satisfied! I guess I wouldnt mind going slightly bigger, but I'm a small girl, so it might look odd. Anyways, I really think anyone should give it a go...it's cheaper than the real Brava and better and safer than surgery! And now, since I got such good results, I'm a seller of these machines as well.. :o) You should give it a try before you risk your life with surgery or creams, etc.

I think breast implants are a great idea to boost your breasts appeareance but, there are conplications to it. What is the implants slip, or leak? If your set on getting breast implants, then you should find the best surgeon in town. I've heard that after the surgery it is quite painful, about a 7 1/2 out of 10. Some women have gotten back to work within a week, but the first week is rough. Your breasts might be swollen from 4 to 5 weeks.

Yes, implants don't last forever and should be replaced. Some women are unhappy with the size of the implants and want to get it redone and some bodies do reject the implants, although it's rare. If you're considering getting implants, you should go to a board certified plastic surgeon who should recommend an appropriate size, based on your body type. The best looking implants are those that are appropriate in size compared to your body; thereby looking natural. Overly large implants not only look fake, but cause the breasts to droop over time due to the weight.

I think the frequency of needing them redone would depend on the individual. My friend has hers done, and she loves them. But she is also 27 years old and responsible enough to make her own decisions.

I know girls who have regretted it and had their implants taken out for many reasons.
I also know some who love their implants. Most have not had theirs in for long though.
