How do you get woven field fencing stretched tight between poles? Ours seems to want to sag no matter what we try.

I usually weave a piece of flat steel thru the wire from the top to the bottom of the fence then put a chain at the top and bottom of the steel. Then I attach a come along to the chain and either a pole or a truck hitch and tighten, when it's where it's tight enough tie off.good luck

The pro installers use clamps that you can squeeze and they tighten. THey put the flat edge pole in the links, then at the top and bottom, put a clamp. Then squeeze evenly. When it's as tight as you like, hook w/ wire and remove clamps.

These kind of clamps: http://www.amazon.com/Bessey-KBK2440-Cabinet-Parallel-Clamp/dp/B0000302XC/ref=sr_1_2/104-5696078-1987111?ie=UTF8&s=hi&qid=1183261864&sr=1-2

Are your corner posts, and if it is a long run, a few intermediate posts, braced?
