Very simple dish:
Mix flour with a little bit of salt and some water to get a kind of dough.
Warm up milk with sugar (as sweet as you want it) and put the dough in little lumps into the milk.
Leave it in the hot milk (doesn't have to cook) until the Klütern are "through".

So that's it and yes, I'm going to have a big bowl of it now. Childhoodmemories. :-)

Here we call it "Plaster of paris", and no, I don't like it, it settles in my belly just like a big stone.
