I'm one of the top 5 shortest girls in my year.
Everyone is like 5"5 ...

Well, there must be a difference because I live in Australia and 4"10 is the average height of the third-graders.
Most third-graders are taller than me.

My mum is 4"11.
My dad is 5"8.
My brother's 5"3.
My sister's 5"5.
Will I be 5"4 ?

My daughter is 54 inches, and she is seven
My mom was 5'11', My sister and I are 5'8"
My father and brothers are between 6'3" and 6'6"
Family have a lot to go with height
Do not worry, you are the prefect height for you, just like my daughter is the prefect height for her

Yes it is short for a 12 year old BUT we all mature at different rates. I was 4'9" at 13 and was 5' at 18. Now I am 5'4". I did not quit growing until I was 24.
My 13 year old daughter is 5'3" and is a little taller than most in her class.
Look at your parents and see if they are normal or short and you will probably take after them. Just remember you are fine just like you are. We come in all shapes and sizes.

4'10 is not that short my cousin is 12 and is 4"9 and everyone in his class seem to be around the same height no you are not short besides if you are short now you will shoot up in height very soon. And i am 22 and 5 feet. dont worry about it

Ur not short everyone else is just freakishly tall!!!!! I was that height too but I grew like 4 inches within the next year. You'll be fine just take my word for it!!! We all have our growth spurts at different ages. Don't worry!

I was 4'6" until I was about 15 or so. I'm 28 years old now and 5'6". I wouldn't call that abnormally short, but he might be a bit shorter than the majority of his peers.

I am a grown up and I am just barely 5'0" tall. At twelve, I was @ 4"3 or 4'5". You are going to hit a growth spurt here soon... you are probably average.

Hun, I;m 13 and that height, don't worry, you'll grow. Not only have I grown 2 inches so far this summer, but I've also outgrown the teasings. :)

Well, don't feel bad, people in america are still about umm...4'8 when they're 12. so don't feel bad, you're still just a flower to bloom, soon, you WILL become as tall as the others, but not as quickly.
