Interbreeding. Why do you do it? GOD made races, and HE did NOT mean for us to mix! We need to preserve our races, or they'll disapear. How would you like that? Besides, mixed-race marriages are more likely to divorce than one-race ones. I am not racist, and believe everyone should have equal rights, no matter what, but I do not think interbreeding is a good thing at all.

Uh yeah I can trace my bloodline back freaking far and there was only one one-sixteenth black person in the 1860's. I'm pretty much all white.

You are entitled to your opinion and I respect that. Now you just need to respect that I think that's a bunch of bull crap. If races were not meant to mix we wouldn't be able to. We wouldn't all have the same reproductive organs. Cats and dogs were not meant to mix and they cant.

God didn't make races, the environment probably had a lot more to do with it than he did! If you believe in creation, it started with Adam and Eve. I don't think any race existed at that time as we, all of us, if we could, trace our lineage back to those two!

""I'm not a racist, but I do not believe interbreeding is good"! That's a mouth full, especially if you believe in creation!

We are an evolution of something else! And where do you draw the line? Especially since most of us have blood from a source other than what we call ourselves now. Because you look white, doesn't mean you are!

And perhaps we should interbreed. That sure would have an impact on bigotry and racism!

Who wants to date who is not for you to decide(not that you did) and it's none of your business.
Do you have any other reason(s) besides this "cause god told you so" thing? If god really hated this, then don't you think he would've done something by now? Or is he too weak to do so? He's not as powerful as some people claims that he is? Some say that he's all knowing, therefore, never irritated. So doesn't he know that races would start to mix sooner or later? Is our actions too complicated or unpredictable towards god?

PS: If he really was all knowing, then claiming that he is irritated would be an insult towards him. Because that means he knew this was going to happen, and judging by the increasing amount of mixing, he does not care.

The physicist Neils Bohr, a believer in quantum theory, which held that the Universe runs on probablistic terms and not iron-clad rules, once said of Albert Einstein, who believed that "God does not roll dice": "Quit telling God what to do."

How do you come to the conclusion that God doesn't want races to mix? Maybe you should stop telling God what to do. If there is a God, His or Her will seems to be very difficult to discern, and better and smarter people than you have tried to do this, for millennia.

The alternative to what you call "interbreeding" is inbreeding, and we all know what a wonderful reputations people who are inbred have: just look at all the jokes about the American South.

You don't know crap. Did God send you a vision or dream or something telling you to let everyone know that they should stop interracial marriages? If humans eventually mix into one race, then people will dislike others for the way they act and the way they treat others instead of hating them for their race.

Great thought but according to many professors, there is only one place in the world where there are people with no mixed blood. We just do not know for sure what God has in mind. We cannot judge what others do because God is with us all and our lives go in the direction God wants. We are to pray but not judge. We must live our lives and study to do what we are to do for God.

I have to argue the "Besides, mixed-race marriages are more likely to divorce than one-race ones." My cousin, who is Caucasian and her African American husband have been married for close to 10 years - they have a daughter together. Maybe you have just never been around couples (interbreeding as you call it) that get along.

Color has nothing to do with the love that people feel for one another.

God started the human race in Africa. We were all dark skinned to protect us from the heat of the sun. As people migrated north, they very gradually lost some of this pigment because it prevented them from converting pro-vitamin D into vitamin D, because the sun wasn't as bright the farther north they went. That's why Scandinavian people are so fair.

Now that people don't stay in one place anymore and because global warming is coming, the light skinned and dark skinned people are slowly mixing it up again. Soon, everyone will be milk chocolate, and the human race will be able to tolerate the hotter climate.

That's just one possible scenario. I'm sure it will startle you, as it's based on evolution.

God did not make races, He made Adam and Eve, who we all came from. If God didn't approve He wouldn't allow for us to have mixed children, notice how gays and animal-molesters cannot procreate, but a mixed couple can. God blesses interunions. Do not use God to spread your hate.

No, you may not be racist, but ignorant would apply.
My "mixed-race" children are going to contribute beauty, grace, intelligence and true human kindness to the world and I'm not sure what God you worship, but my God loves all kinds and there is nothing in His word that says other wise. You should truly find Jesus, because He will give you the mercy you need!

From what studies did you get your statistics on longevity of interracial marriages?

On what Bible verses do you base your statement that "HE did NOT mean for us to mix?"

Why do we need to "preserve our races?" Of what are you so terribly afraid?

I am a grandmother. When my sons were babies and toddlers, a poster hung in their room with this poem.:

Do you think maybe Jesus was blonde haired and blue eyed? A freak for his region of the world and point in time? Do you realize he was probably swarthy, with coarse hair, a big nose and a hairy body?

O children
Do you see him dark or fair
This Lord to whom you raise your prayer
Do you see him yellow with almond eye
The baby Jesus praised on high
O children of all lands you see
God made his Son to look like thee.

Peace
