"Fast Food Lawsuits" appear to be the next big thing in suing-for-profit. But where do people actually find lawyers sleazy enough to sue restaurants for common-sense things?

I think I've got a great purely-for-money class-action involving about a dozen major fast food chains and their menus/advertising, but have no idea how to get in contact with the kind of big-time legal parasite needed to actually make a case out of it. (I don't even know where to start looking... local guys are too small to go after fast-food giants. Do I just randomly email the big New York guys till one bites?)

Big class actions are all the same- The lawyers who file these suits make a damned fortune. Those "named" people representing the class pocket a decent chunk of change. The other hundred thousand suckers get a coupon for 25-cents off a large fry.

I want in on the action.

So you think the guy's these large companies have on retainer will not chew you up and spit you out?

You are aware that false claims are criminal, right??

Depending on what you go for could be a felony too.

In some states such action may be deemed blackmail. Do you know which if any???

I did some work with the FBI's White Collar Crime Squad 10 years ago. I might be able to set up a meeting with them so you can pursue a criminal complaint against them too....or at least save them the time of tracking you down.

I suggest more traditional means to make money. It's much safer and it's always OK to drop the soap at home.

there's a great fake impression that the sufferer of against the regulation can placed across ideal to the prosecution. it particularly is erroneous, a favored offender professional does no longer have the authority to place across a offender cost against somebody. the human beings who attempt this are pronounced as "District attorneys", "offender professional Generals" or "u . s . a . attorneys" in many cases they are going to be employed via capacity of the city, state, county or u.s. as an entire. once you are the sufferer of against the regulation you will desire to bypass to the detective divisions of the police branch. they're the 1st steps, they might pick to check out the crime and if choose be make an arrest. good fulfillment.

Why don't you just go rob a bank? It's quicker and easier, and more sure of the outcome.

Better yet, why not just target elderly people and scam them out of their money?

These suggestions are on the same moral ground that your proposal rests upon. No wonder our nation is so messed up.

Hopefully if you really are onto something the irony will be that the shyster lawyer you find will figure out how to screw you out of your "fair share" and leave you with the rest of us suckers and our free fries.

Take your pick in the phone book. How come sharks never attack attorneys? Professional courtesy.
