First off there are alreay to many betta fish in the world getting flushed for you to be needing to make more, unless you plan on setting up a ten gallon tank for every baby that you hatch. Most pet stores will give you at most a dollar per adult betta that you breed, after the cost of brine shrimp and water changes and the stress of the adult fish and all the many other issues, you'll lose money.

Males normally don't kill females if the tank is large enough. If you use a 20 gallon as you should you can easily scoop her out once she has the eggs.

As to diseases if you start out with healthy adults you should have healthy babies, and you should be fine. However from your bad skills in even talking I don't think any advice would really help much as I can't understand some of what you're even asking.
