okay...i asked this question before but i i really want to have a lot of answers so.........
uhm....... im just wonderin if i could reach 5"4 when im 14 and a half.....im 13 right now.....turning fourteen on december...got period when i was 10...dad is 5"8 and mom is 5"0 ....current height is 5"1and a half....

Women don't stop growing until they are 18-early 20's. You have plenty of time.
(It is against the community guidelines to post the same question over and over. You should stop doing it)

On average girls stop with noticeable groth spurts when they're 14, after that age you're lucky if you get any taller.
Best way to grow quickly is to eat less (and more healthily) and exersize more. It's proven to help with growing taller.
I'm still slowly getting taller (like, by the millimeters) and I'm turning 15 in September. Currently I'm 5"8 (JUST checked! =D) but that's because my mom is 5"5 (and three quarters) and my dad is 5"10. My brother is like, 6"0 currently... so you never know really... mostly you slow down tons by 14.

Dont worry about it, u got a few years to grow, but I think you should consume at least 1,300 mg of calcium cuz that always help. I just turned 14 since last month and now Im 5'6. Always eat a balanced nutrition, drink milk, and get lots of sleep and exercise hun (:

my dad is 5'11" and my mom is only 5'2". my sis ended up being 5'8" and i'm 5'5", so it just depends on you. people usually grow only 2 in per year, so it might not be until you are 16. but dont worry about it. one girl i know is still 4'9", and has been that height since 5th grade. she's turning 21 in december, by the way. hope it helps.

Girls usually stop growing around 15yrs. So you've got a bit to go yet. Don't worry.
Boys are a bit later, but will always be taller than their mother.

Yes probably I'm 12 ans i've grown so much that I grew 3 inches in 1 year! I'm 5'2''.
