Yes, and he also really sang "She's Like The Wind" on the soundtrack. Guy's multi-talented.

Yes he did, and yes he can. His previous dancing experience is one of the main reasons he was cast as Johnny Castle. And Cynthia Rhodes (Penny) was a professional dancer, but she and Swayze were never married.

I have only watched Dancing w/the stars a couple of times but if he were on it I would definitely watch! I love Dirty Dancing! :)

yes, he was actually a dancer before he started to act. in fact his real life wife played the dance partner "penny" that pregnant and "baby" took her place.
