I am concerned about you! I wish I knew what you are facing. All I can think of is a true story about a Navy pilot in WWII. His plane was badly damaged in battle. He was forced to ditch in the ocean. The plane sank almost immediately so he had no chance to deploy the life raft.

He now found himself floating in the middle of the Pacific ocean supported only by his life jacket. He was there for several days. Exhausted, alone, dying of thirst, sick from injesting salt water, being burned by the hot sun all in all he was pretty miserable.

After six days he began to really dispair. That night the seas got rough and waves keep breaking over his head, nearly drowning him. As morning came he was pretty must gone. The waves kept puninishing him and he could see no help arriving. The thought of dying kept popping into his head. "Just wait until the waves push you under again and just take a breath". He knew it would all be over very quickly. But then he was conflicted. What if a rescue boat is right over the horizion? What if a plane will be passing over any minute? Have I suffered this long just to die as help may soon be here?

Well when the next wave pushed him under he got angry and said to himself, "Oh, no you don't" If I was going to die anyway I could have done that the first day. He fought his way back to the surface.

Within two hours he heard the sound of an airplane. He got out his little signal mirror and flashed sunlight at the plane. It was a Navy Catalina long range reconnocence plane. The nearest ship was hundreds of miles away.

The Catalina is an anphibious float plane and the pilot managed to land on the water and the crew picked him up.

The message? Just when you think you are out of options and everything is lost the answer may be just around the corner. You never can tell. The best we can do is fight to stay alive long enough for things to turn our way.

Remember it is always darkest just before dawn.
It took me a long time to write this. I did it because you are worth it. Please don't let me down.

Well, I can say with some authority that your not alone.
Many feel and have felt this way
(myself very much included),
but I think that finding the good things we have
and appreciating those things not only
in material comforts and possessions,
but that of ourselves,
can make this place called Earth
a bit more bearable (to say the least).

I'm sure you have thoughts and talents.
Things that YOU do that bring you (and possibly others)joy. Maybe you are a writer, or artist, or have musical talents.
Many of the things in some cases require us to feel
and experience a certain degree of pain and suffering in order to better understand some perspective
that we may deliver to others.

If we were happy all the time,
would we always appreciate that happiness?
Not to say that we must suffer always.
At some point you will be comforted
by your own self
and that is when your pain may end.
It may take time but don't feel alone
and don't give up on yourself.
G-D is with you always.

Also don't feel you will be a burden on those who offer their counsel. You may actually be helping them in allowing them to help you.
Feel free to e-mail me as well if you decide you would like to talk.

I hope this brings you some comfort.

I know how you feel. I have felt that too. So here what I do when I am depressed. I read the Bible, it has many answers.

We get this way for many reasons. One we are disapointed, then discouraged, and finally we get in dispair.
The enemy (Satan) that comes in and floods us with sadness. John 10:10
Making us think we are useless, however God has a plan for each of us if we will just trust Him.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Philipians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
I pray God will give you peace and Joy.
May the LORD bless you, and keep you:
May the LORD make his face shine upon you, and be gracious unto you: May the LORD lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.

Its ok to be frustrated with life sometimes, that is a sign that you are growing as a person. I should be taking my own advice but know that things do get better. Maybe not all at once, but they do get a lot better. Find time to be good to you. Go off and do your favorite hobby. I use to be a person that didnt like being alone, but during my college years, I realized that you have to go recharge yourself, by yourself in order to deal with the rest of the world.
