We always hear about stereotypes of women but what do men think about norms of masculinity?

testosterone makes you evil.
All men are potential rapists.
The man is always the oppressor.
Male sexuality is a problem.
Men cannot be trusted.
Men and boys are lazy. (Did you know that women watch statistically significantly more TV than men)
Fathers are not real parents.
Violence against men is funny.
Men's feelings don't matter.

1. Men only thing about sex in which this is a stereotype that makes women afraid of men
2. That all men are abusive an dsexist and only want a housewife becuase this stereotype has ruined the real meaning of marriage and make men seem like true villians

1) Being rude and obnoxious seems to be 'real cool' for young men these days.
2) The more you get laid the cooler you are. This is just not true for the way a real woman thinks.
3) Skinny women don't make you better looking
4) Treating women badly does not make you look like a grown-up

That men have no emotions. I want that to be overcome. Most men cannot cry or be afraid or just show their vulnerability and humanity because they are afraid that they will be labelled as weak. So i wish that more men would be free to express their humanity

Stereotypes like men thinking about sex every 5 seconds is hardly harmful.
Also these ones are harmful:
- Men don't like or care about kids.
- Men don't need to see doctors.
- It is ok to hit men.

I think a man should be called a 'man', that is why Black people came up with the expression "Hey Man", because it was better than being called a "boy".
Two other expressions we let slip through the cracks are when people call us "guys", and "dudes". Both are inappropriate. One, because a "Guy" is named after Guy Fawkes who was a womanizer and a troublemaker, and two, a 'Dude' is a dandy who vacations on western ranches.
I am neither of these, so I do not want to be called them.
It isn't so much because I can't put up with a couple of expressions, it is when we let people call us that, then eventually they will start treating us like that...

They're fine with me, some are true, the nature of the beast I guess. Some I am working on for the past 50 years, still trying.

I know that around here, if you don't watch pro football and admit that you don't, there will be questions and rumors about your sexual orientation in hushed tones.
Also, it seems like if you're not a deer hunter, you're also borderline homo.
Luckily these stupid past times are most prevalent in the autumn, so for now, i guess i am straight.

- Men are better drivers
- Men are better managing money
- Men make better leaders, presidents, CEOs...
- Men don't cry
- Men don't read maps
- Men are better with tools
- Men are not better parents than women
- Men take less than 2hrs to get dress
- Men don't do manicures/pedicures
- Men don't arch their eyebrows
- Men are secure about their looks
- Men are never afraid
- Men are emotionally stronger than women
- Men don't display PMS
- Men like to hunt, fish and do other manly sports

Personally and candidly men are just fine; you're not ever going to get them to be any where near like you, cause they are not. The word stereotyping is a very dangerous word, a word I most definitely try to avoid - it causes misundrstandings - at times grievous misunderstandings..
