Of course, sometimes.

They may form an angle of 90 degrees, but then they may also form another angle. (Probably not zero degrees or 180 degrees, as we call those lines coincidental by then).

The answer is sometimes. All perpendicular lines are intersecting lines, but not all intersecting lines are perpendicular lines. Perpendicular lines measure up to 90 degrees.

Sometimes.

This system of lines:
y = x
y = 3x
intersect at (0, 0) but are not perpendicular. However,

y = x
y = -x
intersect at (0, 0) but *ARE* perpendicular.
