I know ...

I was down at the center of the earth harvesting my lava crop and I said to myself, "Dang, I could really use a Slurpee right about now".

But is there a store nearby? Nooooo ....
I had to climb back up to Checkpoint Alpha, which was taken over by the Mole People.
Then, I had to climb through a series of twisting caves in total darkness just to get to my Base Camp, which had been taken over by the Crab People.
Finally, I had crawl through 8 miles of abandoned sewer pipes to get back to the surface world, which had been taken over by Regular People ...

I went to a convenience store that was open 23hrs a day. Got there a minute late. They handed me a mop to kill 59 minutes. I tell ya - I get no respect.
I went to the racetrack. They shot off the opening gun and killed my horse.
