Harassment usually involves repeated incidents. Not a one off comment. If you simply told a teacher that their methods of teaching are crap and left it at that then no that's not harassment.

If however you continue to bait the teacher and interfere with his or her ability to do their job then yes that would be harassment.

There's a big difference between insulting and criticizing. One of a teacher's main duties is to give students' constructive feedback on their performance so I suppose that it is appropriate for it to go in both directions.

HOWEVER, teachers have experience and training in this, not to mention that they are older and have more general life experience as well. Get your opinions in, but do it in a constructive way.

Hey Malon, Why are you even insulting a teacher at all? If you think you could do a better job then go for it!! There's a nationwide shortage of teachers due to them being under paid and overworked. Teachers should have our respect simply because they are teachers. If they aren't being grossly negligent than I think you should just keep your mouth shut!!

Depends on how you said it. If the style is bad tell them but don't be verbally abusive, stay calm and use a nice but firm tone.
