If you have 'only just passed' then you will probably not be able to hire a car as you will need to complete one year of 'R'-plate or 'P'-plate driving. (or a Green 'L' depending on where you live)

Talk to the car hire company but you may find they will up the insurance premium even though you are over the 25yo age limit. It may be too much for the time you need it.

Hopefully they will be sympathetic if you explain where you will take it.

i very much doubt if you will be able to hire a car your age will not affect you as you have to be over 22 in most hire firms but the problem you've got is that you havent held a full drivers license for 3 years if you do find a company that will hire you a car you will be very lucky ! hope this helps

Hire a car? You mean rent a car to drive? Only if you have a valid drivers license.

I think all they ask you is do you have a license, insurance, and credit card. It's been a while since I rented a car, sorry.
