Gloria was extremely mad at Jack and Ashley, for treating her the way they did, and so Gloria thought that she would add some cleaning solution to the cream, and then Ashley would test it and find something wrong wiht it or something. Anyhow the creams got sent out early, and Gloria faked having a skin reaction or something and blamed the cream, and she thought she was the only one that was going to get hurt. Well Mrs. Gibson died from complications to the cream, and Mr. Gibson, sued Jabot, and that's how Jack lost Jabot.

She killed one of Jobot's customers. Was did not do it on purpose she was trying to set Jack up with the cream by contaminating the sample. Gloria's and Abby's face broke out and she wanted to make Jack look bad. But before she could catch him he sent out the samples a day earlier. But Jack instead gave out the samples to some of Jobot's clients and one lady died from it.

it was a customer from lauren boutique i do believe. it wasn't supposed to happen gloria was supposed to be the only one to get hurt by the cream but abbey also had a reaction but the customer had a bad reaction supposedly and micheal got info that something else possibly killed her but couldn't prove it and kay settled with the family.

It was unintentional because they shipped out samples unknown to Gloria. It was one of Jabot's customers' who received one of the samples. They only showed the husband and Jack paid him off to avoid a lawsuit.

It was a Jabot customer who was killed by the contaminated cream,that's when it got pulled off the shelves.
