Well, we know 6 for sure, because Dumbledore told us them, and we have no reason to believe he is wrong. JKR wouldn't do that to Harry.
1) Diary (Destroyed)
2) Slytherin's Ring (Destroyed)
3) Hufflepuff's Cup
4) Slytherin's Locket (Possibly destroyed by RAB)
5) Nagini the Snake
6) Voldemort himself
The seventh one presents a problem. Dumbledore says it is an artifact of Gryffindor's or Ravenclaw's. I am inclined to believe it is something of Gryffindor's, specifically because JKR already planted doubt in our minds by saying that all of Gryffindor's artifacts were safe BUT what is an artifact? Does it have to be material? Well, probably not. Harry's family lived in Godric's Hollow. Coincidence? Maybe, but I would guess probably not. Why would they live there? Maybe Harry is descended from Godric Gryffindor. Whether or not this is true, it is my belief that the seventh Horcrux is none other than Harry Potter himself. There is good news, however. In PoA, the dementors are introduced. They seem ultimately dreadful, but the danger seems to pass when they leave. All they do is suck the happiness out of people until they leave. Then JKR takes a HUGE leap and goes to soul-sucking. Where did that come from? From happiness to entire souls? Hmmm, another coincidence? These are the only two topics about souls that JKR discusses. One involves placing a soul somewhere and the other involves removing it. You can take it from here and I believe it will be enough for me to say that Harry will probably survive.
Another popular theory is that the 7th Horcrux is Ravenclaw's wand, and that it was the wand sitting on the purple pillow in Ollivander's shop and this is why he was kidnapped. Some people go as far as to say that Neville now owns this wand. I like this theory alot, and it has good evidence behind it. Though I believe Harry is Horcrux 7, I feel strongly about this too. We'll just have to wait until July 21 to see!

1.) The Diary of Tom Riddle - Destroyed in Book 2
2.) Marviolo's(sp?) Ring - Dumbledore destroyed it in Book 6
3.) Hufflepuff's Cup
4.) Something of Ravenclaws
5.) Slytherin's Locket- Dumbledore and Harry found the fake one the RAB left.
6.) Naragini, Voldemort's Snake?-Dumbledore believes that the snake could be a Horcrux. Voldemort has kept it close to him all of the time. The Snake could have been made into a Horcrux in the old man's death in the beginning of GOF.
7.) Either the seventh part is still in Voldemort, or, as some believe, in Harry- Still a mystery.
There is more information about the Horcruxs avaiable, but I reccomend that you re-read book six and on a seprate piece of paper kind of take notes about the Horcruxs. That's what I Have been doing. :]
Good Luck!

What are the six horcruxes, you mean. Voldemort tore his soul into seven pieces, six were placed into horcruxes and the seventh remains in his body. The six horcruxes are
1. Riddle's diary (destroyed by Harry)
2. Marvolo's ring (destroyed by Dumbledore)
3. Slytherin's locket
4. Hufflepuff's cup/goblet
5. Nagini (believed by Dumbledore due to Voldemort's fondness of her)
6. Something of Ravenclaws or Gryffindors (I believe something of Ravenclaw's as Voldemort wanted to teach a Hogwarts, most likely to get a founders object, but Dumbledore refused to let him. The only founder we know of who has objects at Hogwarts is Gryffindor, both his sword and the sorting hat belonged to him. So he'd have had to find something else, and there may well have been a Ravenclaw object out in the wizarding world for him to find.)

After thoroughly re-reading book 6, I believe I know what the seven horcruxes are. In no particular order: Tom Riddle's diary--already destroyed in The Chamber of Secrets, Marvolo's Ring--destroyed by Dumbledore, Nagini the snake, Slytherin's locket--obviously R.A.B. (Regulus Black) took it, but now I believe Kreacher, Bellatrix or Mundungus will have to cough up its whereabouts, Hufflepuff's cup--I believe Amelia Bones was attempting to protect it when Voldy killed her, Ravenclaw's wand--I believe the Order of the Phoenix is protecting Ollivander, who disappeared just as Fortescue's shop was torn apart and Ollivander's was found to be empty, and Voldemort, himself. I am really anti the whole "Harry is a horcrux" theory. I think in order to defeat Voldemort he's going to have to rely a lot on his friends, especially Bill Weasley who is a professional curse-breaker, as well as others in the Order. I also believe that Harry won't die, but he'll have to be willing to sacrifice something very important to him in order to defeat Voldy. Also, in book 6, it is stated that although Voldy wanted to get something of Gryffindor's to use as a horcrux, he was unable to get it, so the sword of Gryffindor's is out, as well as the sorting hat. No, he wasn't able to get something from all four houses, which really ticked him off!!! haha It's sure to be an exciting read, and I can't wait!! :D

1. tom riddle's diary - it's already destroyed by harry during his second year. it was in lucius malfoy's possession, believing that lord voldemort is dead, he slipped it in ginny weasley's cauldron to get rid of it
2. gaunt's ring - the ring with the black stone that dumbledore wore when he and harry went to meet with slughorn. later in the book, harry saw it it dumbledore's office with the black stone destroyed
3. the locket - tom riddle's mom, merope, sold the locket, desperate for money. tom later obtained, made a horcrux out of it and hid it in the cave where he taunted children when he was in the orphanage. harry and dumbledore found the cave but the locket they took was a fake one with a note from "R.A.B."
4. hufflepuff's cup - tom got it from the same witch who has the locket. voldemort is fascinated by hogwarts so dumbledore thinks that he would use objects with magical importance as horcuxes. not to mention, the cups are said to have powers of it's own.
5. something of ravenclaw's - voldemort already has something from slytherin and hufflepuff so it makes sense that he'd go for ravenclaw's and gryffindor's relics. i read on the mugglnet book that it might be possible that voldemort got a hold of her wand
6. something of gryffindor's - again with voldemort's obssession with power and hogwarts. fortunately, the only relics of gryffindor, the sword and the sorting hat, are in dumbledore's office. however, dumbledore believes that voldemort made nagini a horcux.
7. voldemort - the last piece of his soul is still with him. the mugglenet book however says that harry could be a horcux, accidentally made by voldemort the night he tried to kill him at godric's hollow

* Tom Riddles diary
* Gaunts ring (the ring of Voldemort mother side family)
* Salazar Slytherin locket
* Helga Hufflepuff cup
Many believe the snake Nagini could be a horcrux as well as one possession of the two remaining houses, Revenclaw or Gryffindor if not both, maybe Godric Gryffindors sword... who knows
