feeling a little down in the dumps tonite?...well don't....Everyone one here on this site, has had their share of ups and downs, believe me when I tell you....that is why you will get the response of more yes's than no's. Lots of good old fashioned phrases, "don't sweat the small stuff", "this too shall pass", "walk it off", "take it as it comes", "let it roll off your neck"........
If your sad, or lonely, or bored, start writing things down....It's a good way to get stuff off your chest and out of your head. Then you can look at it later on and roll your eyes....
Write some poems or draw pictures to express yourself.
You can make a My space page to express yourself.

I would like to say yes but I don't know you and if you died your name would just be another one in an obituary of someone I don't know, so the answer would have to be no.

Do you want people that don't know you to care, or do you want those that know and love you to care?

I suggest you ask this same question face to face to someone that you know well.

If you feel that you would really rather ask a stranger than ask a medical person. Eg a counsellor.
