150g..C6H23O Mol. mass = (12 x 6) + 23 + 32 = 127
42.7g..KI Mol. mass = 39 +127 = 166
320g..FeCl2 Mol. mass = 56 + 71 = 127
50g..H2O Mol. mass = 18

The number of moles of each component :-
= Mass/Mol. mass.
C6H23O = 150 ÷ 127 = 1.18
KI = 42.7 ÷ 166 = 0.26
FeCl2 = 320 ÷ 127 = 2.52
H2O = 50 ÷ 18 = 2.78
Total moles = 1.18 + 0.26 + 2.52 + 2.78 = 6.74 moles.

The Mol. fraction of FeCl2 = 2.52 ÷ 6.74 = 0.374. (37.4%)

Convert each item to moles using the respective molecular mass.

Total up the moles of all the items. The mole fraction of FeCl2 is then a simple ratio of the moles of FeCl2 to the grand total of moles.
