I recieve 200 dollars a month for a injury I recieved in the MarineCore I need a personal loan for surgery ???

I cant obtain a loan from the bank.
It would have to be a personal loan paid to the hospital.
I can pay back with my 200.00 a month through direct depoiset.
Pls help?
