I have a small retail business with 4 employees. I already have cash bonuses if they reach a target amount although i am now looking for something to break up the daily routine. Even a little healthy competition =)
Last month i did sales bingo... Once they complete a task on their bingo sheet they cross it off. First one to complete all tasks wins, etc... It went well!
Anyone with some ideas or played games such as this?

I like the negative approach... meaning the salesperson who goes through all the steps of a sale with each customer and gets the most "no"s wins. They often find they must get lots of "yes"s. This works especially well if you sell less than half of your potential customers.
