nowadays, teens are more violent, we have become desensitized to violence. we watch wrestling regularly, i'm guilty, watch sadistic movies like hostel and saw. i heard that people from tough neighbourhoods have a tense shoulder. i can spot impulsive, violent people sometimes. am not very great at it. i know some of u out there know this stuff and can spot these people well.what r ur thoughts?

it's hard. when a person shows a personality change (a person you have known for sometime) it should be a flag that something is going on in their mind. it could be a problem at the house or family, money or health issues. when one becomes solitary, isolated, or may talk in a way that was not part of the way that they used to talk, or start having an fascination with all types of weapons and how to kill anything
(man or beast). what you have to do is follow your gut feelings to determine if this is a "nut job" or not, most of the time the gut is right..

My experience with potentially violent people is that they are angry, paranoid, and feel the world is mistreating them. They usually don't tell anyone how they feel. Underneath, they want to inflict some damage in a major way to get back at "the world". You're right. They are hard to spot. Usually, they are quite, their body language is tense, forced reactions like smiles, and they spend a lot of time alone.

Usually they do good deeds to disguise their true nature. But when it becomes too much the blow and rant and rage over petty things or make up stuff to fight about. Body language is always tense and their eyes aren't happy but mean.
They like to tell people how great they are and all the good stuff they do. It hides their true nastiness.

They are normally charming shy and passive agressive types. HOwever, this is not necessary true with everybody. The passive agressive are a concern and so are assertive people. The ones who lay it on the line and tell their whole story about their life tell their agendas and intents straight up usually.

KNOW their history! that's one thing. Next thing is to just observe them on how they deal with certain situations. This is why you can't get TOO close to a person you hardly know. Dont trust people too easily.

Hey laid back dude, Oh, I can spot them for sure......and right now I have my sights on you!! I think you are watching way too much tv, and watching too many movies! It worries me to hear you say that you are desensitised to violence. You forgot to mention that you also watch (and enjoy) porn. Another "red flag" I see in you is your terrible spelling! Nothing says violence more to me than a guy who can't spell. I think it's time for you to get some help................
