Don't worry, that is false. There is absolutely no need to cut, or even crush (as some people suggest) the heads off of them.
Bearded Dragons have extremely strong teeth and crush the worm with no problems, they usually crush the head first before they eat the rest.
It is a myth that the head will live inside the Bearded Dragon, and it's also a myth that the worm will eat it's way out of the Dragon's stomach.

That seems to be an urban legend. I've heard it a lot but I've fed superworms to many things beardies included and never ran in to any problems with it. My vet also assured me that its not an issue he has ever ran into.

No, that's an old wives tale! Beardies chomp them up before swallowing, and even if they swallowed one whole their stomach acids would very quickly kill it. You just have to make sure your beardie is at around 14 inches long before feeding so they don't get impactions. My beardie loves his superworms! I just ordered some and received 500 today! :)

I agree with the other two to a point.
Remember not to feed a large qty. ( depending on the size of your dragon ) as the exto skeliton is largely undigestable and can cause blockages in the intestines in small reptiles.
Proper heating is the key to good digestion.
Get a good book on dragons.

totally and absolutely false
but you do have to be careful because they lovew superworms so much that you might make them dislike the taste of crickets or mealworms, so only use em as a treat, but no they will not eat through the stomach of your buddy

No, this is not true. However, if you have a baby it's not recomended to feed them supers but if you have a juvie then it may be a good idea to cut them into smaller peices for your beardie. Adults can handle the whole thing, no problems.

most likely false but, most lizards don't have a good metabolism
and super worms are hard for lizards to digest. Don't feed every day. Larger crickets will do. don't buy black crickets they will bite your lizard at night if they're stupid enough to do so. Lmao
