1989 Crown Vic randomly dying, any thoughts on the cause?

Its 1989 5.0 V8 automatic trans. It dies when I try to turn, though only randomly, any thoughts or potential causes for this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Fuel, spark or air issue. Could be fuel pump or injectors. Have to look into it deeper.

sounds like an electricle short in the steering colom

VERY low engine oil.

I don't care to explain why.
