a ticket agent at a New Jersey Airport? I was getting boarding tickets for my son. I asked the attendant if I could ask her a question, she looked at me and rolled her eyes without saying a word. The other attendant that was next to her saw roll her eyes at me and said "Ask me, I will help you". Then again she looked at me and rolled her eyes for the second time. I wanted to get the supervisor in charge but my son stopped me. What should I do about this? How can I file a complaint. Please help. Thank you.

I think you need to report this to the "Department of Offensive Eye Rolling" or DOER. DOER is a Federal agency that is in charge of dismissing ticketing attendants and other employees in the Airline Industry who roll their eyes in an inappropriate way. They also cover workers who huff, sigh, take bathroom breaks and chew gum.

To contact DOER, write to:

Contact the airline that the employee works for. There should be a section on their web site that lists how to report a problem or who to call.

Let it go. For all you know the first attendant may be a diabetic who was having an insulin or some other type of reaction. If you pursue it , you will wind up regretting it. Let it go and move on.

You file a complaint with the airline. You can do so at their web site.
