Can dwarf puffers be kept in the same tank with ottos and still breed?

I wouldn't suggest housing dwarf puffers with any other fish, whether you want to breed them or not. dwarf puffers don't do well with tank mates. You can add otos to your dwarf puffer breeding tank and it won;t be a problem at all really. Once the puffers finish killing and eating the otos, they will have the species tank they need.
