eyes n brow?

how do you get big, shiny and healthy eyes?

& my friend says her eyebrows are too far from her eyes as in they are all the way on top, she says she doesn't want to get them drawn in and she wants to pluck em w/o making her eyebrows too thin. any ideas?

i'm sorry i realy don't get the question. but if you put a lighter shade in the inner most of your eyes and a very silvery shade then it really makes your eyes pop

if they are too far from her eyes why is she making them further away by plucking them????????????
