plz help! i called the number and i was put on hold for atleast an hour and a half, when i finally got to talk to a human, she "transfered" me to the main menu all over again. i went on the website and tried to make an account, but it said that i was using an invalid username. is there an easier way to cancel my subscription because im selling my car.

Well First I want to say good luck. I battle XM At Least every 2 months because they always screw up my account. Anyway. The only way to cancel your account would be to call XM. And Press 0 A Few Times. Kaitlyn the robot should transfer you to a live coustomer care rep. Tell them you just want to cancel, once you cancel make a comment about how bad the coustomer service at XM is. Its sad because chances are your getting transfored to there Japense offices. If they can't help you, I would personally call XM in DC. I can give you there phone number if you email me.

Try pushing 0 several times. That should override the system and send you to a live person. And if s/he tries to put you on hold again tell them that your next call will be to the Better Business Bureau

what do you have an auto payment with a credit card. call your credit card company if that is the case and have it stopped. these companies are really anti customer service.
