Try the Yellow Pages under Fireworks...
If no joy try looking up Event Organisers and asking them if they have any suppliers who deal with fireworks for weddings etc

I think they are still legal in Culver City and I know Lakewood for sure. I'm watching/listening to a pretty cool fire works display out my window coming from Lakewood. I live in Signal Hill.

You can't. They are totally illegal. Instead, you'll have to go to Alhambra or some other outlying city where they are legal.
