If I don't like one or all of the people talking in a group, I sometimes feel they are talking about me. On days when I'm not feeling to confident or I am feeling guilty about something, I may think that also.

when I was most crazy, I thought everything was about me

comments by others, etc, maybe 3% was

anyway, now that I am mostly healthier, I realize that only seldom is that the case, mostly people are worried about themselves and maybe an attractive person they want to get with.

anyway, if or when people talk about me, it doesn't bother me

I would hope they would try to be accurate, and clarify the truth with me once in awhile. If they don't , its their problem, not mine.

That is insecurity. Even if they are talking about you or laughing at something you did, you need to learn to laugh at yourself. If others are gossiping about you, you just need to stay centered and hold your head high. Whatever names they want to call you or whatever things they want to say about you does not change who you are.
