George W. Bush is basically a good, honest man with above average intelligence and abilities when compared to the general population. Unfortunately, this is still not sufficient in the face the Presidency, one of the greatest challenges that anyone can pursue. I the company of other Presidents, he is a dim bulb who lacks the perception required to differentiate between his own biases and reality. As a result, he has misdirected the resources of this nation in a disastrous misadventure at the expense of a more realistic foreign policy.

So many unanswered questions about Mr. Bush: is he malicious or just stupid? Did he take us into Iraq for oil, Israel, or his father? Does he work for Karl Rove or Dick Cheney? And why haven't they all been impeached? I'm sure if the American people ever find out what Bush is hiding from us, he'll be exposed as a far worse criminal than Nixon. But complacency allowed him to take office, and complacency allows him to remain there. We ultimately get the leaders we deserve...

I think he's a person who stands by his principles and his word. A lot more than I can say about his counterparts of either party. I think the biggest mistake was going in soft at the beginning. We've been fighting a politically correct war with one hand behind our back. Too few troops in the beginning and disbanding Iraqi military was a big mistake in keeping control(in my humble opinion). Trouble is now that we can't just pull out without chaos happening. It's a catch-22 situation unfortunately. I think he was misguided. I do think he's been treated unfairly. Worse President? Apparently these are people weren't around for Carter's or too short a memory for Clinton's.

I think he is doing what he thinks is right and just. I respect him for his tenacity. We always know where he stands on an issue and sticks to his convictions. I don't have to agree with him. I am thankful that we weren't being led by a self-proclaimed war hero like Kerry. I believe the whole purple heart thing was orchestrated so he could add it to a political resume.
Wish George could go another term... ut I'd be happy to se fred thompson take over the reins.

I think that he is not as bad as the press trys to lead us to believe. I say this because the stock market is breaking records, the unemployment rate is the lowest it has been in 51 years, consumer confidence is high, people are working and spending money, the housing market has been breaking records, although it is slowing down and making an adjustment, it is still a great market. I think the war in Iraq will always overshadow the good things that he has done. I have no doubt that if GWB ever got his hands on Osama Bin Laden, he would kick his a**.

Hmmmmm, well, compared to Clinton, he is the best president this country has had.
Lets see, Clinton failed to recognize terrorism even after the following events:
The first WTC bombing
The first bombing of the US embassy in Sudan
The second bombing of the US embassy in Sudan
The bombing of the USS Cole
The list goes on. Clinton did however fire missiles into Iraq, which destroyed a sand dune and terrified a few camels, all of this to divert media attention away from the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
OH! Here is my favorite, Clinton had the chance to take Bin Laden into custody when the Saudis had him, yet, he turned it down. The Saudis asked us TWICE. Clinton turned it down TWICE.
Bush, at least has gone after this serious threat. And, because of it, we haven't had any terrorists attacks on American soil since 9/11.
People may hate George W. Bush now, but future generations will label him a hero.

In the words of my Commanding Officer, The Secretary General of the United Nations. "President George W. Bush Jr. is too damn incompetent to lead an island full of monkeys."

I wish he could run a 3rd term. He's fighting against the war on terror, ensuring the education of American children because other countries have students who put more effort in studying, and making sure we do not get in more debt by allowing illegal immigrants to have visas or green cards. George W. Bush is very underrated and it goes to show that being president is not an easy position for republicans or democrats. Even if you hate him, would you seriously want Obama or Hiliary as president?
