If you are feeling numb or tingly in any part of your body, or feeling nausiated, faint, confused, or dizzy, you should seek medical care. Otherwise, I'd suggest take it easy for a day or two. I'm sure it hurts, but what you should watch out for is a sign of internal damage, not just a surface pain.

Emergency Room. You could have bad damage to the nerves in your neck/head.

just put ice on it first, then a heating pad for a while, if it doesn't go away within 24 hours, try and make an appt. to make sure everythings ok

if you are able to move freely be thankful and more careful, ice pack may help for a little while.
