Check to see if your subscription has expired. If it was on your computer when you bought it, it was probably a trial subscription and you need to renew (buy it). They don't usually disable themselves if the subscription expires. They usually just nag you to renew by telling you you it's expired over and over and "you're not protected form the latest threats" (yadda yadda yadda)... If you purchased it in the form of a cd and you know it's paid for then... IF YOU KNOW HOW. Uninstall and reinstall the program. My guess is that one of the registry entries is corrupt and can't load properly. It's a pain in the behind to fiddle with if you don't know what you're doing and can leave you worse of than just a disabled program. So if you're not sure how. Have someone who knows how, do it properly for you.

If its disabled you either didn't pay them to renew it on time or you seriously need to pay them a phone call as soon as possible!!! They have an 800 #......Its 1-800-269-6990 or: 1-866-622-3911 this number is also for renewing your plan with them.....the last number is.. I would call them imediately!! Or else dont use your computer until you do have the money to renew it again......there really isn't a safer way to go about this problem...And you & I both know how good they are about fixing things like this!! Good Luck to you!!!
