Yes it is very dangerous even if enough food is provided. The two Baby Leopard Geckos should be housed separately.

On the flip side, Patrick Huddleson did an experiment titled 'Self Sustaining Vivaria.' In his experiment, there was no cannibalism. In Ron Tremper's book, The Herpetoculture of Leopard Geckos, he did an experiment where he did experience cannibalism.

It all comes down to the risk you are willing to take. Personally, I would say house the two babies separately from the semi-adult.

I would also agree to house them separately. Cannabilism is the worst outcome but even without that the babies will be out-competed for food and likely stressed by the presence of a larger lizard.
