That I've still got what it takes to stand up for what I believe in.
That I can handle confrontation without being rude or mean. That some men honestly believe they should be taking care of their women and families. That there are even more nice men out there than I thought. That talking things over is better than fighting. I learned a lot today, and I learned it here.

That putting on a pair of boxing gloves and T-ing off on the bags w/ a few leg kicks to boot, is very therapeutic for me. It felt amazing.
