First, add songs to your WMP11 library

If you start WMp11 it will try to search your computer to find your mp3 songs
Read help on WMp11 on how to add songs (usually simple drag and drop from your folders works just fine)
Connect now your mp3 player
If you go to the "sync" function of wmp11 you should be able to see both your library and your player. Drag and drop songs as needed.

First make sure your downloaded songs are in mp3 format or any other format your mp3 player supports. If its not supported google a converter software. Then convert them. Then plug in your mp3 to your computer with a usb cable you should have gotten with your mp3. plug it into an empty slot on your computer. The one on your tower are the fastest. They may also be in the back. Windows should recognize it and a window should pop up with many options. Select view files. Try to find a file that says Music or songs or anything else related. Highlight all of the music you want on your computer and drag them into that Music folder. You should see a transfering files window with a progress bar. If you have windows, on your taskbar at the bottom of the screen near the clock you should see and icon with a round green arrow thing. When you put your mouse over it, itshould say safely remove hardware. Right-click and do it. If that didn't answer your question, please be a little more specific with your question.
